Brooks Studio is an independent web studio based in Hamburg. I design, build, and improve modern websites and lightweight web apps for small businesses and small teams — with a focus on clarity, speed, and software that stays easy to maintain.
Who I am
I’m Kyle Brooks. I care about calm interfaces, clean information design, and predictable systems. I don’t build bloated platforms, dark patterns, or “growth hacks.” The goal is simple: a digital presence (or internal tool) that feels straightforward to use and keeps working without drama.
What I do
Most projects I take fall into three categories. A new website from scratch, a redesign of an existing site that’s slow or outdated, or a small custom web tool that supports a real workflow — booking, requests, dashboards, or a simple client area. If something doesn’t need custom software, I’ll say so.
How we work
Working with me is intentionally structured. First we clarify the goal and what “done” means. Then I propose a small, focused scope and a timeline. I design and build in short iterations so you can see progress early, and we keep feedback practical. At the end, you get a clean handover and a site that’s easy to run day to day.
When I’m a good fit
If you want a web presence that looks modern, loads fast, and respects people’s attention, you’ll like how I work. If you’re looking for a huge agency setup or endless feature lists, I’m probably not the right fit — and that’s okay.
